Why it began

From the musician’s side of the stand.

Hey everyone, Anibal here. I’m a fellow musician who struggles with systems from time to time.

I built this app out of the frustration of watching my practice time slip away before I even played a note. Whenever I had a performance, my mind filled up trying to handle the chart, the recording, and the practice. I was also trying to hold onto the details and manage all the devices I needed to practice. Each tool seemed to live somewhere different. For a simple gig, I need to get the setlist onto my iPad, bring up the metronome on my phone, or, if I need something to play along with, open YouTube, sit through an ad, and before I know it, an hour has passed scrolling or getting ready, while my attention never returns to the practice.

I wanted a calmer place to begin, a space where everything I need is already within reach and there are no distractions. This app is my way of protecting that fragile moment when I’m ready to practice, so I can stay connected to the music instead of getting lost in everything around it.

    The platform is meant to be simple, with accessible tools that support your practice. Controls should be readable from the stand, reachable while sound is moving, and easy to leave behind when it is time to play.
